Who we are

Lending Box Ltd (“we”, “us”) is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15386134, at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, number ZB646186.

What we do

We are a credit broker and do not provide loans ourselves. We help UK limited companies and LLPs find finance by introducing them to lenders and finance providers on our panel. We do not give financial, legal or tax advice. You should take your own advice before entering into any agreement.

How we are paid

Lending Box helps UK businesses access business finance, working directly with businesses and their trusted advisers. We are a credit broker and do not provide loans ourselves. All finance and quotes are subject to status and income. Applicants must be aged 18 or over, and terms and conditions apply. Guarantees and indemnities may be required. Lending Box can introduce applicants to a number of providers based on each applicant's circumstances and creditworthiness. We can also make insurance introductions. Lending Box will receive a commission or finder's fee for arranging such finance and insurance introductions.

Our service is free to your business. If you ask, we will tell you how our commission is worked out before you proceed.

Quotes are indicative

Figures and results shown on this website are indicative only. They are subject to lender assessment and approval. Lenders make all lending decisions and set their own terms.

Credit and identity checks

Lenders may carry out credit and identity checks on your business and its directors, members or guarantors. Some of these searches can appear on your credit file.

Sharing your information

By using our service you authorise us to share the information and documents you give us, including bank statements, with lenders and finance providers on our panel so we can look for finance for you.

Your responsibilities

You must give us accurate, complete and up-to-date information, and tell us promptly if anything changes. You must be authorised to act for the business.

No guarantee

We cannot guarantee that finance will be available, or on any particular terms.

Data protection

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, please follow our complaints procedure.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
