Our relationship

You act as an introducer. You introduce businesses to Lending Box Ltd and we handle the broking. You are not our agent or employee, and you must not give financial advice on our behalf or make promises about finance.

Your client's permission

You must have your client's permission before you refer them or share their details with us. By referring a client, you confirm they have agreed to be contacted by Lending Box.

Commission

Commission is paid only on completed funding, and only once Lending Box has been paid by the lender. Rates are as agreed with you in writing. No commission is due on deals that do not complete.

Ending the arrangement

Either side can end this arrangement at any time by telling the other in writing. Commission already due on completed deals will still be paid.

Data protection

Each of us is responsible for handling personal data lawfully. We use the information you share as described in our Privacy Policy. You will only see limited progress information about clients you referred.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
